It’s been more than two and a half years since UNWRITTEN RULES (book 6) was published.
In that time, I wrote and published the first book in a spinoff series, THE OUTLAW: A Rich Farris Detective novel, and my law enforcement memoir, NOTHING LEFT TO PROVE.
To be honest, writing the memoir took a lot out of me, and it was difficult getting back to writing after it was published–I needed a break!
